Temperature and Humidity
Heat and light destroy wine. Most wines, red or white taste best when stored between 55 and 60 Degrees Fahrenheit and approximately 60 % Humidity. Serving wine at the right temperature and humidity can make a huge difference in the taste of your wine. Wine that has not been cellared properly can turn bad very quickly. Invest in a wine cellar. You'll be glad you did!
