Jim Stump the chef, formerly of Le Mouton Noir and The Los Gatos Brewery has done a beautiful job with this restaurant! Try the Foie gras, sweetbread mushroom appetizer with the Dehlinger Pinot Noir for an appetizer, then go with the Quail for your entree. Pair the Quail with a Pisoni Pinot Noir from the great wine list. Finish up with the Apple Moons for dessert! Enjoy!
